Quality Supervisor - Randvaal - R16,- R16

Position: Quality Supervisor - Randvaal - R16,000 Per Month - One Month Contract R16, 000 per hour
Location: Carletonville

Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a Quality Supervisor in the Randvaal area at R16,000 Per Month on a One Month Contract.

Duties & Responsibilities Leading Quality Department in implementing, maintaining and the continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Management System.

Devising and maintaining Site Document Control.

Data capturing and filing.

Statistical control analysis.

Dealing with incoming emails, faxes or posts often corresponding on behalf of the Organization.

Carrying out background research and presenting findings as required.

Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.

Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Quality Department is well in line with Site’s Objectives.

Respond to customer queries relating to food safety or quality issues in coordination with Quality Manager.

Liaising with clients and suppliers for general information.

Lead or be part of 3rd party audit certifications, surveillance audits and other related inspections.

Control and implementation of Pre-Requisite Programs/GMPs.Drive the continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System.

Ensure only correct document revisions are used on the Manufacturing Facility.

Ensure availability of documents at point of use (refer to PRPs).Training responsibility.

Lead with organizing in-house trainings on Food Safety, GMP & as per Training Matrix or as & when necessary.

Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12.Food Safety System Certification.

FMCG Knowledge.

Analytical Aptitude.
