Your mission, roles and responsibilities
To support the QMS and IAFT requirements. The Quality Graduate is responsible to assist in ensuring that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the FES, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.
The main missions of the role are:
Follow a daily RoutineCreating documentsDocument control and communicationArchiving obsolete documentsArchiving of important recordsCommunicating newsletter to the siteDocument version management on the intranetManagement of post-audit administration and activitiesPart of audits (with the auditor during the audits)Part of the Control Plan & FMEA reviewParticipate in risk analysis and mitigation activities for Quality, H&S and EnvironmentalUpdating and uploading the Audit Calendar monthlyUploading of the 8QB Audit monthlyAssisting in creating or updating documents and templatesRequesting responsible people to update the Contingency Plan & back up test plan (PC&L responsibility)Conducting training for new employees on document control.Updating the weekly and Monthly reportsAttending daily, weekly & monthly meetingsManagement of consumables that the department needsAssisting the Quality Manager / Department in any tasks given.Management of department calendar/diaryConsolidation, analysis and reporting of dataYour profile and competencies to succeed
Qualification/s
The minimum qualification/s required for this position is/are:Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Engineering/Quality Management or related fieldKnowledge & Experience
Knowledge of Quality standards, IATF:; OHSAS ; ISO and understanding the Company Quality SystemsSkills & Competencies
