Location: Johannesburg South

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a QC Inspector or similar role

Strong technical knowledge, preferably within the steel manufacturing industry

Proven ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications

Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in steel fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environments

Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection methods

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards

Read, interpret, and verify components against mechanical and engineering drawings

Identify defects, non-conformances, and deviations, and report findings clearly

Ensure adherence to quality procedures, industry standards, and safety regulations

Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues

Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
