Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Newcastle, Kwa Zulu-Natal

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our client’s team in Newcastle, Kwa Zulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and managing a team of QA professionals.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
– Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
– Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
– Manage a team of QA professionals and provide training and guidance
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the organization
– Communicate quality standards and requirements to suppliers and external partners
– Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Prepare and present quality reports to senior management

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Quality Assurance, Engineering,
– Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role
– Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and analytical thinking

– Experience with quality management systems and tools
– Certification in quality management (. ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus
