Function Nursing Facility Position Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary | Emergency Unit Introduction

A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary – Emergency Unit
, based at Life Cosmos Hospital, Mpumalanga, reporting to Unit Manager, Mariska van Niekerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of uncompromising quality care in line with Company strategic objectives and applicable Health /Nursing legislation.

Critical Outputs

Conduct basic duties as allocated.

Deliver quality nursing care to patients according to Scope of Practice

Maintain sound professional relationships with all patients, doctors and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

Ensure customer satisfaction

Comply with all Health, Safety and Infection Control Policies

Attending and participating in Q programs and ensuring induction training is carried out

Performing, understanding and complying with the company infection control standards in order to adhere to PPE standards and procedures

Adhering to safety measures

Requirements

Registered with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Emergency Unit environment

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good planning and organising skills
