ICU Trained Registered Nurse

Nursetec SA seeks, Clinical Facilitator, to perform the following functions:

• Conduct screening on staff to be placed @ Hospitals.
• Develop training material.
• Present workshops and further develop staff according to the client’s needs.
• Perform quality checks on staff @ various Hospitals.
• Handle incident counselling.
• Assist staff with compliance needs, like immunization.

• Relevant Nursing degree or Diploma.
• ICU trained.
• Relevant experience in Life Health Care Hospitals will be advantageous.

• Superior interpersonal skills.
• People management skills.
• Ability to take educational charge.
• Computer literate.

Experience in Clinical Facilitation: 1 year (Preferred).
