About the job Digital Content Coordinator Education and Experience
- Relevant qualification, certifications, and/or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or content coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in CMS management (e.g., Word Press, Drupal), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Hootsuite).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, PPC campaigns, and online advertising best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Oversee and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Develop and implement content calendars for social media and other digital channels.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
- Maintain and update The Company website using the Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for website improvements and updates.
- Assist with the management and monitoring of The Company's social media presence on platforms like Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, along with the marketing team.
- Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and manage social media campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and report on results.
- Generate and present regular reports on website traffic, digital marketing campaigns, and social media performance.
- Use data-driven insights to suggest and implement improvements to digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep The Company's digital strategy current and competitive.
- Assist with the creation of digital content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
