Production Supervisor

About this Position

The Production Supervise coordinate daily production activities to meet output and efficiency targets,

• Lead, train, and support production staff to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor workflow, schedules, and resource allocation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain quality control standards and minimize defects or waste, troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions and monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required
• Collaborate with warehouse, quality assurance, and maintenance teams and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity through the HPS tool.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles
• Leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems
• Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations or related field (Must)
