A leading chemical manufacturing operation is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chemical Plant Operator to join the team. This role focuses on the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and processes, ensuring high‑quality chemical production while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.

• Operate and monitor chemical plant equipment, machinery, and processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitor chemical reactions, temperatures, pressures, and flows to ensure product consistency.
• Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and reporting any incidents.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize plant efficiency and process improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or chemical engineering certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a chemical, manufacturing, or industrial plant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical processes, plant equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
