Quality Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement risk assessment protocols to prevent defects, reduce errors, and address non-conformances proactively
• Manage and lead cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System.
• Oversee and monitor the testing of raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and manage the internal quality control process

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in quality management within the manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Familiarity with ISO standards
