Quality Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement risk assessment protocols to prevent defects, reduce errors, and address non-conformances proactively

Manage and lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System.

Oversee and monitor the testing of raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Monitor and manage the internal quality control process

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years in quality management within the manufacturing industry

Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act

Familiarity with ISO standards
