A well-established citrus packaging operation based in Coega is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering Graduate to support production, packaging, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced packhouse environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, process improvement, and production optimisation
.

• Assist with analysing and improving production and packaging processes
• Support efficiency, productivity, and cost-saving initiatives
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
• Assist with production planning and performance tracking
• Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement projects
• Collect and analyse operational data for reporting purposes
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Support lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives

• Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering
• Recently graduated or entry-level experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of production and manufacturing principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools
• Willingness to work in a factory / production environment
