IntroductionWe are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
- Setting daily/weekly objectives and communicating them to employees
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Monitor production output according to specifications.
- Provide feedback on performance and progress.
- Train new employees on assigned workstations and to follow instructions.
- Identify production inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Receiving and controlling of production stock (kits)
- Degree/diploma
- At least 3 years’ experience supervising in a manufacturing/factory environment
