Overview
Branch Manager - Real Estate Agent. Lockstone Properties is expanding, and we’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our new Durbanville office.
You’ll drive growth, support agents, and take ownership of building a high-performing team. If you have strong leadership skills and understand what it takes to run a productive property office, this role is a good fit.
Responsibilities- Recruit, grow, and support a team of agents
- Oversee daily operations and compliance
- Drive listings, sales activity, and local brand presence
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service
- Experience in real estate leadership or senior sales roles
- Strong people skills and a structured approach
- A self-driven attitude and the ability to motivate others
