• Lead, motivate, and manage the service department, ensuring high productivity and service quality.
• Maintain and grow customer satisfaction by managing service standards, customer relationships, and feedback.
• Oversee staffing, talent retention, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
• Manage service operations including workflow, scheduling, workshop processes, and dealer management systems.
• Monitor profitability, costs and budgets, applying business acumen to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, audits, and safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Manager at dealership level.
• Experience with franchise dealerships and reputable automotive brands preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities and workshop oversight experience.
• Proven leadership, communication and team‑building skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting, marketing and service profitability.
