This is a full-time on-site position based in Secunda. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and maintain excellent client relationships. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also involves strategic planning, implementing company policies, and reporting to senior management to ensure the branch’s success.

• Experience in operations management, strategic planning, and budget handling.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ICT services and related industries, with a solid understanding of telecoms, IT infrastructure, and managed services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred, along with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
