Call Center Manager

CALL CENTRE MANAGER – STRONG LEADERS ONLY

We are seeking an experienced, assertive Call Centre Manager who takes full ownership of performance, discipline, and results. This role is not suited to passive leaders. We need someone who commands respect, enforces standards, and delivers outcomes.

This is a leadership role, not a coaching experiment.

• Take full control of daily call centre operations
• Enforce KPIs, attendance, quality, and productivity without exception
• Manage, discipline, and motivate agents to meet and exceed targets
• Handle escalations decisively and professionally
• Implement and maintain strict processes and reporting structures
• Hold team leaders and agents fully accountable for performance
• Drive a results-focused, high-discipline work culture

• Proven experience as a Call Centre Manager (non-negotiable)
• Strong personality with the ability to lead firmly and confidently
• Excellent conflict management and decision-making skills
• High tolerance for pressure and performance-driven environments
• Strong operational, reporting, and people-management skills
• Zero tolerance for excuses, poor performance, or complacency

UK Call Centre Experience – Strong Advantage

Candidates with UK campaign experience (sales, customer service, or collections) will be given preference and may qualify for enhanced remuneration.
