Your Opportunity, Your Team
  • The Operations Manager supports QVC and HSN, and is responsible for inbound or outbound operations. You will maintain benchmark levels of safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, continuous improvement within the building and throughout the supply chain, as well as the hiring and development of management and hourly teams. The team works days, Sunday–Wednesday.
Where You'll Work
  • This role is onsite and requires you to work from our Bethlehem, PA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
  • Build the initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics, and processes.
  • Lead a team of Area Managers and hourly associates.
  • Develop and administer operational procedures for perfectly completing activities for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy.
  • Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
  • Improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse.
  • Use the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve perfect order fulfillment and provide operational insights to improve WMS effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations; preferred retail/e-commerce and apparel experience.
  • Experience developing and managing 50+ employees.
  • At least 3 years of management experience in Receiving, Inventory Control, or Order Fulfillment.
  • Experience using Kaizens or process improvement.
  • B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent additional experience.
