Minimum requirements:
  • LLB degree
  • Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience
  • Proven experience in the following areas:
    Commercial Litigation Insurance and insurance claims Motor vehicle accidents, including recovery of damages to vehicles (essential) Collections
  • Fully bilingual (spoken and written)
  • Strong litigation and drafting skills
  • Ability to manage matters independently in a fast paced environment
