At Radiant Law, winner of multiple awards as a legal pioneer, we are continuing to see exciting new client work coming through from a rapidly expanding international client base. We are now recruiting attorneys with between 3 and 5 years of post-admission experience in the construction industry
, to join our commercial contracts team.

Your experience

We’re looking for lawyers with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial contracting for construction or infrastructure projects - gained either in a law firm specialising in construction law or in-house with a contractor, developer, or consultancy.

You should be comfortable drafting and negotiating NEC and JCT contracts (and ideally familiar with FIDIC for international work), as well as related procurement, subcontracting, and professional services agreements in the construction or energy sectors.

What you’ll get to do

You’ll work closely with global clients to:

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including procurement, subcontracting, professional services and supply agreements for major construction and infrastructure projects, often under tight timelines.
• Advise on risk allocation, variations, extensions of time, payment mechanisms, or performance obligations.
• Help clients streamline and improve their contracting processes, from template development to playbooks and contract management tools.
• Collaborate with legal engineers, process experts, and document automation specialists to build smarter, more efficient contracting processes.
• Use data and continuous improvement principles to refine how we deliver contract support and measure client outcomes.
• Share knowledge internally by contributing to playbooks, templates, and training initiatives.
• Over time, take on greater responsibility for client relationships and help shape how we deliver world‑class contracting services.

• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a natural drive to improve how things are done.
