About the team
You will work in Fleet Experience that is responsible for building products that make it easy for our customers to invest in crypto.

Your role , as Product Manager, will be to find customer value. You will apply the craft of Product Management to find customer problems and validate potential solutions to those problems.
The role in a nutshell
Luno is a market-leading cryptocurrency exchange operating in multiple countries around the world. Having earned our customers’ trust through the ups and downs of multiple crypto cycles, Luno wants to drive the performance, features, and order book depth of its crypto Exchange to support the company goals and better serve customers’ needs.
We are looking for a trader‑minded Product Manager that will own the Luno Exchange product, and drive innovation through customer discovery ensuring that Luno is the pre‑eminent exchange in its core markets. Luno is investing in expanding our exchange capability and performance, and we are looking for a product manager that is able to help marshal that process from a product point of view, while engaging deeply with engineering teams to ensure that we build for performance and rapid growth.
Your mission will be:

Own the product roadmap for core exchange features: spot, margin, and derivatives in line with Luno’s strategy.
Conduct competitive analysis of global exchanges to identify opportunities with Luno’s core markets.
Advocate for the user by ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Synthesize customer requirements and business goals into clear product requirements, identifying appropriate success metrics.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to meet business goals and user needs.
Stakeholder management – communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships with key partners and customers. Liaise with country teams on their requirements for customers.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new features and products.
Work with market makers to improve order book depth and liquidity health.
Utilize data analytics to track product performance, user engagement, and key metrics.
Work with compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure product adherence to regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, GDPR, etc.).
Monitor key performance indicators (trading volume, liquidity depth, user retention, conversion).
Lead user research to refine UX flows for onboarding, trading, and asset management.
Coordinate cross‑functional communication between product, marketing, and operations.
Maintain awareness of emerging blockchain standards, tokenisation models, and market trends.

A little about you:

You have vast experience in the finance, trading, fintech, or crypto industries, with at least five years as a Product Manager, and responsible for launch of new products and features.
Subject matter expert in crypto or stocks exchange trading.
Understanding of the theory and fundamentals underlying crypto economic systems.
