Data Migration Specialist; RAMS

Position: Data Migration Specialist (RAMS)
Location: Somerset West

We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to join our growing team. This position will form part of the only end-to-end Rental Portfolio Management solution in the market, designed to solve the biggest challenges of the rental portfolio manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the migration process of clients and ensuring the accurate and on time upload of financial data, as well as some additional tasks utilising your analytical data skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing customer migration projects.
- Creating and managing migration plans with clients.
- Managing data migrations with the take-on teams.
- Reporting on migration progress of all projects to the rest of the team.
- Use advanced technical and Excel skills as well as custom tools to efficiently manipulate and migrate client data into their software.
- Work directly with clients to effectively coordinate each migration project to completion.
- Monitor all workfor quality while troubleshooting and resolving errors as need be.
- Communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement and action to ensure that the migration project stays on track.
- Providing customer support, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities on the system.
- Provide data clarification and training to onboarding customers.
- Create Excel workbooks for clients, utilising system data based on client's reporting requirements.
- Utilise your analytical skills and holistic view to create functional processes within our process management tool.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and attention to detail is required.
- Experience in data analysis and processing will be advantageous.
- Financial/accounting experience or background will be advantageous.
- Customer service/support experience will be advantageous.
- Experience in the property industry will be beneficial.
