Overview:
The Enterprise Full Stack Developer with AI exposure will be a core member of the Global Capital Markets Technology team that is responsible for the development and support of Global Capital Markets technology applications. The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and improvement, within a talented team. This role will lead and delivery/development of one or more initiatives.
The person will be the primary architect and hands on technology leader. The role is expected to have strong analytical skills along with deep technical expertise and, have ability to dive into technical details including design and development and troubleshooting of complex issues.
Responsibilities:
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirementsDesigns, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintainedMentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stackExecutes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecyclePerforms spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideasAutomates manual release activitiesDesigns, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)Required Qualifications:
8+ years experience of Full stack developmentStrong hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-scale Java applications (e.g., Spring / microservices).Proven experience developing rich, responsive UI applications using Angular.Ability to design and implement end-to-end solutions spanning UI, backend services, APIs, and integrations.Not just design — the role requires deep hands-on development and ownership of technical delivery.Ability to define solution architecture, design patterns, and technical standards.Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex production issues.Leads design decisions and drives implementation across one or more initiatives.Practical experience working in Agile teams (sprints, stand-ups, backlog refinement, delivery commitments).Ability to lead delivery initiatives in a fast paced, iterative environment.Hands-on Experience with GenAI ProjectsPrior involvement in Generative AI initiatives (PoCs, pilots, or production use cases).Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications (not just theoretical knowledge).Desired
