Senwes is seeking the services of a Business Analyst to gather and analyse business specifications, manage IT-related projects, ensure quality assurance, and oversee documentation and training initiatives. You will act as a link between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify system gaps, translate business requirements into clear specifications, and ensure that solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Duties And Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate IT-related projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor timelines, risks, and resources while facilitating collaboration and change management.
- Develop and maintain process flows and business requirement documentation for new and existing systems. Ensure adherence to documentation standards and best practices across teams.
- Conduct user training and system demonstrations to ensure effective adoption. Support change initiatives with clear training materials and ongoing user guidance.
- Test and validate system enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes. Perform quality reviews of designs and processes, reporting findings and recommending improvements.
