We are seeking a highly operational, execution-focused Head of IT to lead and optimise our Group IT environment.
This is not a purely strategic transformation mandate. This role is responsible for:
- Ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing IT operations across 800 users
- Leading a direct team of up to 5 managers/senior specialists
- Overseeing a broader IT function of up to 20 employees
- Delivering resilient infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and service excellence
The successful candidate will be accountable for translating business requirements into reliable, scalable IT operations — ensuring uptime, user satisfaction, governance compliance, and cost-effective delivery.
