Position: IT Technician Intern

Quantum Insights is a leading data analytics company that provides cutting-edge solutions to businesses across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Technician Intern on a full-time, 6-month contract basis.

As an IT Technician Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your technical skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be working closely with our IT team, providing support and assistance in maintaining and troubleshooting our systems and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and backups.

- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.

- Set up and configure new computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.

- Document and maintain IT procedures and user guides.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
