Senior Data Analyst

• Analyse large datasets of email security telemetry to uncover detection patterns, false positives/negatives, emerging threats, and behavioural anomalies.
• Use AI assisted analytics and automation tools to accelerate investigations and model evaluations.
• Spot gaps or deterioration in detection rules, logic, and configuration patterns—and recommend concrete improvements.
• Produce clear, accessible insights that empower Customer Success teams to demonstrate value and proactively address concerns.
• Build intuitive self-service dashboards and automated reporting (Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) to monitor detection efficacy across customer segments.
• Prepare structured performance summaries for cross functional retention and product improvement meetings.
• Validate engineering changes by comparing pre/post release performance using statistical and behavioural metrics.
• Create consistent frameworks for analysing customer submitted examples and supporting repeatable evaluation processes.
• Support ML operations workflows, including experiment tracking, metrics stewardship, version control, and model registry management in MLflow.

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, ideally within cyber security, detection data, or threat telemetry environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts, with hands‑on experience in SQL and Python.
• Experience working with detection data, threat telemetry, or security focused datasets.
• A talent for interpreting complex issues and communicating them clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Understanding of key email security concepts (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, header analysis, message flows).
• Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking, metrics, parameters, evaluations, and model registry governance.
• Comfort operating within cross functional engineering, product, or customer environments.

• Experience with BI tools (Snowflake, Looker, Tableau).
• Knowledge of phishing behaviours and attacker evasion techniques.
• Exposure to security tooling in the IT channel or MSSP ecosystem.
