Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable automation solutions and system integrations, leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, and scripting, to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy across the organisation in support of its digital transformation and operational efficiency goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in automation, scripting, or integration roles.
• Experience with:
  • Power Platform
  • API development
  • SQL & database structures
  • Python, JavaScript, or C# scripting
• Practical experience integrating business systems using APIs, web services, or middleware – ideally including ERP and HRIS platforms.
• Exposure to administering and maintaining databases (e.g., SQL Server, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse) with a focus on data integrity and optimisation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting end-users, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Participation in technology-driven improvement initiatives.

• Azure experience
• Git/Dev Ops exposure

• May require after-hours work during major system releases or integrations
• High attention to detail and reliability when working with critical data flows

• Stakeholder & Technical Support
  • Engage with departments to identify automation needs and opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
  • Provide training and support on systems and automated processes
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate updates on automation changes
• Automation Development (Power Platform & Scripting)
  • Design, build, and maintain automation using the Power Platform
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring
  • Optimise existing automations for performance and reliability
• Systems Integration
  • Build and maintain integrations between core systems
  • Build API driven integrations and middleware components
  • Ensure integration flows are scalable, auditable, and aligned with ICT governance
• Governance, Quality & Security
  • Ensure all automations adhere to ICT security, lifecycle management, and governance standards
  • Maintain documentation required for support, audits, and change control
  • Support structured release management across development, test, and production environments
• Software Development
  • Develop custom connectors, API calls, and scripts where standard tools are insufficient
  • Apply version control in Azure Dev Ops, secure coding practices, and testing frameworks
• Systems Administration (Automation Layer)
  • Administration and configuration of automation specific environments
  • Maintain integrations, schedules, connectors, and environment health
• Continuous Improvement
  • Explore new automation technologies and propose improvements
  • Evaluate tools (API platforms, workflow engines, etc.) for business benefit
  • Maintain continuous learning on Power Platform and system integration concepts
