ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Proven configuration skills in SAP Success Factors Compensation.
- Salary Planning process knowledge.
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies. Strong commitment to quality
- Technical knowledge in other SAP Success Factors modules (especially EC).
- Familiarity with Success Factors Reporting tools (especially Story Reporting).
- Experience in SAP HCM (H4S4).
- Proficient in Application Testing for Success Factors.
- Exposure to multinational work environments.
- SAP Success Factors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Success Factors configuration work.
