Purpose of the Job:
To lead the end-to-end design of digital workflows and integrations, translating business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5–10+ years in workflow automation or business process design (Laserfiche, Docu Ware, K2, Nintex, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Degree/diploma in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of enterprise processes: procurement, AP, logistics, manufacturing, HR, and approvals
  • Skilled in API integrations (REST/JSON, OAuth2, Webhooks, data mapping, error handling)
  • Background in BPM or Lean Six Sigma Background
    • Technical Competencies &

    Experience:

  • Design and oversee end-to-end digital workflow and integration architecture
  • Lead technical workshops, translate complex concepts for stakeholders, and present solutions to business and IT teams.
  • Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance across all automation projects.
  • Architect and manage integrations with ERP, HR, Finance, and custom systems using REST APIs and secure data handling.
  • Oversee project delivery, risk management and UAT to ensure successful solution implementation.
