As we continue to expand our global reach and strengthen the digital backbone that supports our long-term growth, we are looking for a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of our enterprise systems.
This strategic role will drive the transition from fragmented operations to a fully integrated, standardised, and data‑driven organisation—ensuring our ERP environment supports sustainable growth, operational excellence, and seamless collaboration across all Pro Process business units.
Key Responsibilities ERP Strategy, Architecture & Implementation Lead the full ERP lifecycle: requirements, vendor evaluation, solution architecture, data strategy, configuration oversight, testing governance, cutover orchestration, and stabilisation.
Support a zero-customisation ERP philosophy using native modules and front-end configuration only.
Support in developing the ERP Architecture Topology, including integrations, modules, data domains, and system boundaries.
Ensure the ERP supports multi-company financial governance, group consolidation, and standardised reporting.
Support to BPI in process architecture and business governance for ERP implementation Master Data & Information Architecture Support with the design and governance frameworks Build data validation rules, approval workflows, and lifecycle controls.
Workflow Automation & Integration Architect integrations between ERP and other systems.
Organisational Enablement & Change Leadership Train process owners, functional leads, and system champions across the company Produce structured enablement materials: training packs, role guides, data dictionaries, process repositories, RACI matrices Drive adoption of modern governance behaviours - documentation, traceability, standardisation, and proactive planning Support a culture where decisions are made on documented process and reliable data, not narrative or hierarchy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Experience in implementing ERP systems Business Analysis certification (Advantageous) Agile certification (Advantageous) 3-5 years' experience in business process modeling /workflows Excellent written and verbal communications Detail-oriented and methodical approach to work Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements Exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills Key Results & Indicators ERP implemented successfully within scope, budget, and governance standards.
Zero custom code introduced into ERP or core systems.
ERP architecture documented, maintained, and understood across IT and operations.
GL, WBS, product structures, and master data stabilised across all business units.
Reduction in fire-fighting, rework, inconsistent practices, and undocumented decisions.
