Banking Business Analyst - Digital/AI/Data

Exusia is seeking a Banking Business Analyst with digital, AI, and data expertise to work with our Banking & Financial Services clients.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the banking domain, a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Banking & Finance, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert and define business needs and the rationale for change.
• Lead requirements elicitation and collaborate with business users and stakeholders.
• Conduct and lead Requirements Life Cycle Management tasks.
• Drive adoption of IIBA best practices, agile product delivery, and lean principles.
• Lead all aspects of backlog refinement and increment planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Banking & Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in the banking domain delivering technology solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery teams, sales teams, clients, and account managers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Mandatory

Skills:

• Hands-on experience delivering IT projects in the banking and financial services domain.
• Deep understanding of lending and mortgage data and applications.
• Strong Agile skills and ability to drive resolutions for impediments and spikes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Nice-to-Have

Skills:

• Knowledge of product design tools.
• Exposure to other banking domains like payments and capital markets.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services.
