A brilliant Company based in the Mpumalanga Province, has a challenging opportunity for a Senior HR Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning and staffing, recruitment, on boarding, payroll/ time and attendance/ benefit administration, performance contribution systems. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• 10 – 15 years’ experience in a generalist HR role

•

B.Com Degree: HR – None Negotiable

• 8 - 10 years’ managing trade unions

• Relevant Legislation – Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Employment Equity Act.

• Mining or heavy industry experience essential
