The Duty Manager/ Lodge Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of a lodging facility, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction. Looking for someone with a hands-on approach to facility maintenance, environmental conservation, and emergency preparedness.

Core Responsibilities

  Experience:
  
  Manage the entire guest journey from arrival to departure. This includes greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a personalized "at home" atmosphere.
• Management: Supervise daily activities across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage (F&B), and maintenance.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor income and expenses, set lodging rates, and handle administrative tasks like payroll and invoicing.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. This involves scheduling shifts, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering a positive work culture.
• Property & Maintenance: Ensure the physical facility is well-maintained, clean, and safe. In remote settings, this often includes overseeing off-grid power, water systems, and grounds upkeep

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's or associate's degree in Hospitality Management
  , Business Administration
  , or a related field is typically preferred.
• Experience: Generally requires 3–5 years of management experience in high-end (4 or 5-star) hospitality environments. with great people skills
