Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Camp Chef / Guide couple for a rustic camp located in Bray, North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional couple passionate about hospitality, guiding, and life in a remote wilderness environment.

Camp Chef – Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality, fresh meals in line with luxury safari standards

• Plan menus, manage stock, and control kitchen costs

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

• Cater for dietary requirements and special guest requests

• Work collaboratively with the lodge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Guide – Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional game drives and guided activities

• Deliver informative and engaging interpretations of wildlife, ecology, and the environment

• Ensure guest safety and uphold guiding best practices

• Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles

• Contribute positively to the overall guest experience and camp operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a camp chef within a lodge or safari environment

• Relevant guiding qualifications and valid PDP (where applicable)

• Strong guest focus and professional presentation

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork as a couple
