Front & Reservations Assistant – The Gorge Private Game Lodge & Spa, a 5 star boutique lodge in the heart of Oribi Gorge, KZN South Coast, is looking for an exceptional person to join our dynamic team.

Primary Functions

full front office functions
reservations assistant
stock takes
guest relations
housekeeping checks

Experience Required

minimum 3 years working experience in similar environment
must have 5 star hospitality experience

Skills & Qualifications

good with figure work
keen eye & attention to detail
clear voice for the phones
relevant tertiary qualification
knowledge & experience with Innkeeper software
positive, happy, friendly, confident, clear voice for answering the phones
excellent verbal & written communication skills
excellent attention to detail
excellent arithmetic ability
computer literate MS Word;
Excel & Outlook
participative & contributing team player
must be self-motivated & resourceful

Requirements

Matric with
min. 3-year Hospitality qualification
3 years working experience in reservations
live in position
stable track record with excellent references
accommodation provided with electricity & water included
