Role Overview

The Lodge Manager will oversee all lodge operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, high staff performance, and memorable guest experiences, while managing administration and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily lodge operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock control

• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance

• Maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting tasks

• Ensure operational systems and processes are efficient and effective

Requirements

• Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Leadership ability with excellent communication skills

• Passion for guest service with a keen eye for detail
