What You’ll Be Doing Conduct in-depth market research specific to the CFD brokerage domain, analyzing trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to our operations.

Gather, clean, and interpret financial data from diverse sources to generate actionable insights for trading strategies and risk management.

Prepare detailed reports on research findings tailored for internal stakeholders, including traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments (when assigned) to support new product development, such as evaluating the viability of new CFD instruments or pricing models.

Proactively monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with local and international financial laws, particularly as they relate to our brokerage services.

Achieve core revenue drivers through education-led efforts, contributing to net revenue and traded volume.

Who We’re Looking For

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience:

2+ years of hands‑on experience in market research within the CFD brokerage industry, with proven expertise in trend analysis, competitor intelligence, and regulatory compliance.

Trading & Risk Insight:
Expertise in generating actionable insights for trading strategies and risk management, with experience presenting complex findings to traders and portfolio managers.

Market Analysis:
Strong analytical skills to conduct in-depth research on CFD markets, including evaluating new product viability and pricing models.

Reporting:
Exceptional written communication skills to prepare detailed, stakeholder‑tailored reports for traders, portfolio managers, and compliance teams.

Cross‑Functional

Collaboration:

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally on new product development initiatives, such as evaluating new CFD instruments.

Regulatory Awareness:
In‑depth knowledge of local and international financial regulations relevant to CFD brokerage services, with proactive monitoring of regulatory changes and the ability to provide actionable compliance recommendations.

Language:
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
