Minimum requirements:
- Relevant financial qualification (e.g., BCom Finance/Accounting or equivalent).
- 5–7 years’ experience in a Financial Manager or similar senior finance role.
- Motor dealership industry experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, SARS regulations, VAT, and PAYE compliance.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and financial management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines
