Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager who is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) to join our client's growing team at a startup mine in the mining industry in the Northern Cape.

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the mine, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management and stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in decision‑making processes
• Work closely with the CEO and other department heads to drive financial performance and optimize business operations
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance as needed

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with at least 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the mining industry
• Strong technical skills in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving business performance
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating team members
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing the mining industry in South Africa
