Rosebank College is looking for a Financial Administrator Support to manage accounts receivable functions with precision and professionalism.

• Recording Point of Sale payments.
• Payment allocation on the Pre-Registration account.
• Check if payments are made timeously and if the correct reference numbers are used.
• Ensure the uploading of Proof of Payments to the Student Information System (SIMS).
• Interpreting account statements.
• Attend to finance related queries.
• Perform ad hoc financial duties as required.

• Minimum
  :
  Diploma in Finance (NQF Level
  6) or Degree (NQF Level
  7).
• Ideal
  :
  Diploma in Bookkeeping or Credit Control.
• Experience
  : 5 - 8 years in credit control or financial administration.
