Learning and Development Facilitator: Engineering

RCL FOODS is on the hunt for an analytical critical thinking Learning and Development Facilitator with strong Mechanical and/or Electrical experience to join the Sugar Division. The Learning and Development Facilitator will report to the Specialist:
Engineering and the role will be based at Malelane.

The purpose of this role is to identify competency gaps, assist with the design and development of learning materials, align methodologies to facilitate engineering / maintenance training interventions, evaluate and report impact of training interventions.
