OEM Integration Specialist

Redheads Engineering Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OEM Integration Specialist to join our Head Office team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a driven electronics professional who thrives on integrating OEM components into innovative safety and communication solutions, ensuring seamless functionality, compliance, and technical excellence from development through to field deployment.

• Assess and select OEM components for integration into company products
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve OEM interface problems
• Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and OEM suppliers
• Develop and execute product test plans, including DFMEA
• Conduct site audits, software/hardware testing, and record detailed results
• Compile test proposals and technical reports for internal and client review
• Ensure all OEM integrations comply with industry and internal standards
• Support cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and field services
• Deliver client demonstrations, training, and post-installation support.

• Bachelors' degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in OEM integration
• 3–5 years of experience in Electronic manufacturing
• 3–5 years of experience in Product development and field services (especially mining)
• Knowledge of IoT and smart electronics integration (advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and electronic components
