Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Engineer or early-career professional who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in the field while working closely with Senior Engineers and technicians.

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of systems at client sites
• Fault‑finding, diagnostics, and basic repairs on mechanical and process equipment
• Assisting with system testing and quality checks before deployment
• Providing technical support to clients and internal teams
• Completing service reports and related documentation
• Supporting workshop and manufacturing activities when required
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or similar)
• 0–2 years relevant engineering or technical experience (Graduates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and mechanical assemblies
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transport to and from our offices in Strand
• South African resident or have a valid work permit
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required (Company vehicles are provided)

• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a field‑based engineering role
• Professional, reliable, and safety‑conscious

• Exposure to or experience in water treatment systems or processes
• Experience working in a field service, site‑based, or commissioning environment
