Mechanical Draughtsman

Location: Alberton

SA - Gauteng, Alberton Our client in the Engineering sector in Devland, South of Johannesburg is looking for a qualified Junior Draughtsman to join them.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and designs to support the engineering and production departments
Minimum requirements:

Recognized draughtsman qualification (Mechanical Discipline)

Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Proficient in CAD Software, Solidworks will be advantageous

Prepare accurate mechanical drawings and designs for manufacturing purposes

Modify and update existing designs

Collaborate with Engineers and production staff to ensure drawings meet technical specifications

Maintain drawing records and documentation

Assist in the development of new products and components

Mush have own reliable transport
