Een advies- en ingenieursbureau zoekt een Planner Mutatie en Onderhoud in Haarlem. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van onderhoudsprojecten en zorg je voor een efficiënte dagelijkse planning. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en opdrachtgevers en organiseert de nodige middelen. Je werkt nauw samen met werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders om alles soepel te laten verlopen. Deze dynamische functie vereist flexibiliteit en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Ervaring in de bouwkunde is een must voor deze vaste baan.
