About the Role
Our client, a leading player in the mineral processing industry, is committed to sustainable and innovative practices. With seven operational plants across South Africa and more than 150 permanent employees, they offer complete solutions spanning process operations, engineering, project management, and commissioning. They are seeking a Graduate/Junior Process Engineer to join their Steelpoort (Limpopo) team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer to gain hands-on experience, contribute to operational excellence and key projects, and develop a long-term career within a leading mineral processing organization.


What you’ll be doing

• Provide technical support to operational sites, troubleshooting process issues and implementing improvements to optimize plant performance
• Drive data collection and analysis initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution as part of the project management team
• Manage the in-house laboratory, ensuring smooth daily operations and pilot-scale test work

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering (completed)
• 0 – 2 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Based in Steelpoort, Limpopo – must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Valid South African
• Willingness to travel for work
