Responsibilities

:
  • Industrialisation of new products and product modifications
  • Active participation in the product design phase to influence manufacturability, assembly, and cost
  • Optimally convert the Product Baseline (PBL) into the Manufacturing Baseline (MBL)
  • Use the Pre-Production phase to evaluate and update the Manufacturing Baseline (MBL)
  • Ensuring all aspects of Impact Engineering Change Proposals are processed according to:
    Cost, Phase-out, Implementation, and Stock
  • Technical support on assembly processes and component manufacturing processes
  • Initiation and execution of Failure Diagnostics and Corrective Actions
  • Compiling and submission of technical reports and progress reports, and various administrative functions in accordance with processes and procedures.
