Vacancy: PLANT METALLURGIST

Requirements:

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or Chemical Engineering

• 5–10 years’ experience in gold processing plants

• Proven experience with crushing, milling, and flotation circuits

• Strong understanding of gold flotation chemistry and process control

• Experience with gravity or downstream gold recovery processes (advantageous)
Qualification

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Practical, hands-on approach to plant optimization

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
