Responsibilities
- Develop product and market strategy aligned with company objectives
- Define and document product requirements derived from market needs
- Manage cross‑functional teams in the development of OSS systems
- Drive R&D, feasibility studies, and testing (lab, site, and trials)
- Oversee full product lifecycle: planning, configuration, certification, launch, and continuous improvement
- Lead project management efforts scope, timeline, budget, risk, and resource control
- Engage stakeholders including clients, engineering, QA, marketing, and production
- Support go‑to‑market activities including PoCs, product positioning, and messaging
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance throughout
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
- 10+ years in product management, ideally in safety or mining tech
- 10+ years experience in the mining industry non‑negotiable
- Proven knowledge of gas detection and environmental monitoring systems
- Strong technical project management experience with deliverables
- Familiarity with system certifications, design configuration, and stakeholder documentation
